Pat and her late husband, Steve, carried on the traditions of Round Robin Farm first established by Steve’s parents, Charlotte and Bruce, including Charlotte’s love of Connemara Ponies and commitment to this wonderful breed.

Pat has enjoyed opening her home and sharing their life on the farm with hundreds of amazing kids throughout the years. What Pat enjoys most is providing the time and relaxed atmosphere that deepens the connection and understanding of these gentle ponies. Children of all ages have grown in their awareness, confidence and skills with her mix of freedom, structure, and guidance that has become the Round Robin experience.

Steve was born into the horse world and spent much of his life supporting the sport of eventing and providing an excellent place for young people to learn about horses and riding. Also a lifelong and talented artist, Steve exhibited his sculptural work across New England, and in Ireland. His art included sculptures in marble, granite, steatite, and wood, as well as drawing and painting. Steve took his inspiration from the beauty of the natural world and his sculptures, carvings, and mirrors have always given Round Robin Farm its uniquely warm and inspiring look and feel. Steve's other lifelong passion was exploring the beauty of mountainous regions across North America and Europe.
